Furor Exótica is an Argentinian House/Disco duo from Buenos Aires, formed in 2013 by the vocalist Viky O. and the producer Ric Piccolo.

During the last few years, Furor Exótica performed at major events, festivals and clubs in Europe, Asia and South America such as Fusion Festival 2014 (Germany), Camp Cosmic (Sweden), Zukunft (Zurich), Pimpernel (Munich) and more.

"It’s kind of my past, my present, and I hope my future in music. It’s like a trip from my first work to my last release going back and forth with no chronological order, passing through all the feelings and emotions: quiet songs, acoustic melodies, and dancing tunes. I hope you really enjoy it as much as I’ve enjoyed making it. I’ve made this playlist thinking about the songs that I like most from all these years I’ve been working with music. It’s a mix between ‘Feriado’ my first EP, which is kind of an acoustic record, ‘Degradé’, my last album, that has lot of synthesizers and electric instruments and some collaborations I’ve made this year. I’ve been working with Coma Pony, an instrumental band from Mexico that decided to have a voice in one of their songs for the first time so it’s been an honour to be the chosen one for this job. There also some songs for a movie soundtrack that it will be released next year."

For this episode we asked Joa Joys to build up a mixtape of his favourite music. Joaquín Ledesma, a.k.a “Joa Joys" is a visual and sound artist from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has been releasing experimental music since 2013 in record labels as "Tzkatz ediciones", "Kermesse records", "Fuego amigo discos" and "El círculo de pasto". He has participated whit his installation "Satélites al anochecer" in the "Bienal de arte joven 2013". And in 2014 he was part of "Programa intensivo" in "Casa escuela de arte, Proyectarte". In 2017 whit Manuel Reyes they did the soundtrack of the upcoming documentary "Comparsa" of Sabrina Alcaraz and Luciana Radeland. Since 2013 he has been involved in the assembly of D.I.Y sinthezisers, wich he uses on his music mixed whit computer and samplers.
