Monogram

Wednesday 22nd March 2017 00:00 - 02:00 GMT

Monogram with Ed Baxter is a bulletin board of new and archival audio, offered in a digressive and leisurely exploration of radio space.

Today: a randomly chosen repeat of Episode 6: recordings by the prolific Jim Whelton aka Amos aka L.Voag - most of Tiny Revolutions aka Dream Armbands, an early 1980s cassette release on It's War Boys, released under the name Comrad Oleau and featuring long-time collaborator Lepke B.; Alisa Berger - a longish piece from the Landscapes of Fear double CD release; then an exclusive live performance in the Resonance studio by Wobbly (plus Jon Leidecker interviewed by Ed Baxter, with Seth Horvitz chipping in) followed by an extract from Certain Men, an episode of Over the Edge by Wobbly and the late Don Joyce (from KPFA Radio) which forms part of the next planned release by Negativland; and finally, a short piece by Sutekh.
